		<description>This is a fantastic post!  I love how you have broken down the three key elements so well.

It shows how you cannot just jump into social media but must do the upfront work to be successful.  So many brands and agencies think that just setting up a profile or account is Social Media marketing.

		<description>Nice post Jo!  Much of this information is also highly applicable to the everyday users of social media who are trying to find the value of this space.  If you enter social media and just don&#039;t seem to get it, it may well be because you haven&#039;t focused on finding people and content that is relevant to you and your interests... as a result, there is no resonance in the space and it&#039;s easy to quickly lose interest.  It&#039;s a matter of both finding relevance and being relevant to others...these steps are really key from multiple points within the social media ecosystem.</description>
